a blissful escape

Our standard double room offered ample space with plush furnishings. It created a sanctuary. the spa's plunge pool was beautifully maintained. i found the leisure center offered superb facilities and treatments. I felt completely rejuvenated. the hotel staff were very attentive, addressing all requests quickly.
the corridor carpets showed slight wear, needing replacement sometime.

Breakfast included a wide variety of choices, from fresh fruit, pastries, and also hot dishes were available. seating was plentiful and well-arranged. The room was very clean, and staff were efficient.

I appreciated the quick response when i requested extra pillows. housekeeping maintained high standards throughout my stay. staff at reception were efficient and courteous at all times. We loved them.

The hotel is within short walking distance of local shops. there is ample parking on the premises. it provides an excellent base to explore nearby attractions. We visited the local museums.

The room had excellent climate control. the bathroom offered a rainfall shower. It had a separate bathtub too. the room was warm. the beds were quite comfortable. I slept soundly each night.

the room was clean, acceptable.
The food was not good. I ordered a salad and it came with chicken even though i am vegetarian. the server did not seem to care, and later, i received a regular coke instead of diet coke. i felt unheard and it ruined the meal.

The bar food was very tasty , and the bedroom was bright and modern. The staff were friendly and efficient. I definitely plan to stay again when I am in the area.
There were no dressing gowns in my room , even though I planned to use the pool.

the staff were friendly. i liked how helpful they were . the breakfast had a good selection of items. the renovated restaurant area felt fresh and modern.
the room i initially got was not up to standard. the mattress was quite old. the tv in the second room did not function. the curtains and walls looked like they needed a thorough cleaning.
